FAQS

Common Inquiries

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS ON CLASSES AND SIMULATORS?

We have a no refund policy on classes and simulators.  As long as you communicate with us the cost you put towards the class, or the simulator can be used towards another class or simulator booking in the future.  We will attempt to get you in a class two times.

IS THE SHOOTING SIMULATOR GOOD FOR ADVANCED SHOOTERS?

Yes!  it is excellent for advanced shooters.  We can help them with target identification, target transitions, and hitting moving targets.  Introduction of stress will help with becoming a more consistent shooter.

HOW OLD DO YOU NEED TO BE TO USE THE SIMULATOR?

There would need to be at least one guardian when under 18, but we can help with anyone 13 + years old.

DO YOU STILL OFFER LIVE RANGE CLASSES?

Of course! Live range is always good.  The combination of simulator and range has shown to be effective into becoming a more proficient shooter. All of our classes have a live fire portion to it we just incorporate the simulator in it to save on ammo and help out every level of shooter.  It also allows us to do things that we are unable to on the range.

WHY SHOULD I TAKE THE UTAH CONCEALED FIREARMS PERMIT CLASS?  ISN'T UTAH NOW A CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY?

We are now a constitutional carry state and do not need a permit to conceal carry; however, there are still some restrictions to constitutional carry in Utah.  Please see our laws link for further explanation.  If you are interested in taking the laws only and not getting concealed firearms permit, please see pricing under our concealed firearms class.

AREN'T THE COPS SUPPOSED TO PROTECT ME?

Police are normally called once a crime has been committed.  You are your first line of defense for your family and police may be minutes away.  Studies around the United States show response times anywhere from 3 minutes to 30 minutes for priority 1 calls.  This could be the difference between your life and those you have encounted. The choice is always yours to make for who you want to protect you, but I know personally my family's safety starts with me.
